Chairman
Fahad AlSukait has undertaken critical leadership roles in both the private and public sectors. Most recently, he has overseen establishment of multiple policy frameworks with the Saudi Government as Advisor to the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and as President of the newly established Council of Local Content and Private Sector Development. He has led several Government committees and was also a Board Member of GOSI. A regional thought leader, he has been a Keynote Speaker at numerous conferences & summits.
Prior to Haykala, he was the President of ‘NAMAA’ Saudi Arabia where he advised the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and led formation of the LCPSD Government BU to expand/diversify the Saudi Arabian economy. Prior to this he was the Chief Executive Officer of Al-Arab News Channel and the Chief Executive Officer, Rotana Group, Saudi Arabia. Prior to this he has 20+ years of experience in various leadership roles.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from KFUPM, Saudi Arabia.

Prior to Haykala, he was the Governor of Saudi Job Creation Commission where he designed organizational strategy including defining vision, mission and objectives. Prior to this, he was a Senior Partner in Elixir Management Consultancy where he advised clients on business/marketing strategy and operational restructuring and helped establish PPP initiatives of government-owned enterprises. Prior to this he was the CEO of Hits Distribution, Saudi Arabia. Prior to this he worked with Procter Gamble in Finance and Marketing leaderships roles. Prior to this he was a Finance Manager at Dallah Trading Co., Saudi Arabia. Prior to this he was a Finance Manager at Alfa Trading Co., Saudi Arabia. Prior to this he was an Admin Assistant at Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency, Saudi Arabia.

Prior to Haykala, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Sara Holding/Bahamdan, Saudi Arabia where he led restructure of Tas-helat prior to divestment to Aramco/Total. Prior to this, he was the Chief Investment Officer of Nawah (AlFozan Holding), Saudi Arabia, where he led restructure of Zonik. Prior to this he was a Managing Director in Jadwa, Saudi Arabia where he served as Member of the Investment, Products, Executive Management Committees and was appointed Director of Matbouli (Samsung KSA) Board Advisor to Al Zamil Industries Gulf Union. Prior to this he was a Managing Director in Arabia Capital, Saudi Arabia where he led a debt and cost restructuring program as CEO of Nasdaq listed Damas. Prior to this he was an Executive Director in Abraaj Capital, Saudi Arabia. Prior to this he was a Managing Partner in Alvarez & Marsal Middle East, Dubai where he led debt/cost restructuring program as CRO for Fly NAS. Prior to this he was a Market Analyst in Futures First, India where he was a proprietary Trader of WTI crude oil futures. Prior to this he was an Analyst at HSBC where he was a member of the investment banking team advising companies across Asia Pacific.
