Omar Al-Batati has held key leadership positions in the private and public sectors over the past 30 years, developing value through strategic leadership, management consulting, and marketing excellence.

As the Governor of the Saudi Job Creation Commission, he designed the organizational strategy including the definition of the vision, mission and objectives of the commission as well as a target operating model. In his role as senior partner, of Elixir Management Consultancy he advised clients in the F&B, investment funds and retail sectors on business strategy and operational restructuring. He also acted as advisor to the KSA Ministry of Labor. As CEO of Hits Distribution Saudi Arabia, he led strategic restructuring programs for the 300-million-dollar turnover company. He was Finance Manager of Dallah Trading Company and over the previous 15 years held various leadership roles in Procter & Gamble Europe & Saudi Arabia, including being part of the team that established the Dubai office.

He holds a BSc in Industrial Management from King Faisal University, Saudi Arabia.
