In addition to holding the position as chairman of Haykala, His Excellency Fahad Al Sukait was the advisor to the Council of Ministers Secretariat and chairperson of the Council of Local Content and Private Sector Development. He recently led the development of policy frameworks for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He is a regional thought leader and sought-after keynote speaker.

His previous roles include: President of NAMAA Saudi Arabia, where he created and implemented an incentive plan to diversify and expand the Saudi Arabian economy; Chief Executive Officer of the Al-Arab News Channel in Bahrain, where he directed operational and strategic initiatives; Chief Executive Officer of Rotana Group in Riyadh and Bahrain, where he spearheaded the corporate restructure; and over 20 years in senior roles in Procter & Gamble, Europe, Saudi Arabia and UAE, where he worked across treasury, taxation, finance and corporate & shareholder relations.

He holds a BSc in Industrial Management from King Faisal University, Saudi Arabia.
