Fatima has a proven track record in accounting and administration. She is well-versed in international accounting regulations, internal and external audits, taxation & and client handling.

Prior to joining Haykala, Fatima was the Accounting Officer from Melyaa Accounting Services in Bahrain, where she managed the taxation process for clients, prepared financial statements, and managed payroll for Melyaa and their clients. As Administration Executive for Wejdan Specialist Medical Center, she managed payable collection and billing statements and invoices for the company. In her early career, she gained both public and private administration experience, firstly in Batelco, Bahrain’s leading telecoms company and then in the Bureau of Manpower, Planning and Budget Directorate where she prepared accounting reports and assisted on strategic projects.

She holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance from Ahlia University in Bahrain.
